Your primary role within the company will be to support and collaborate with the Head Chef in planning and organizing all departmental activities and resources to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction, guaranteeing food safety and hygiene throughout all operations and ensuring necessary supplies. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Supervise buffet offerings, presentation, and content control for each service. * Support and supervise food and raw material preparation comprising the offered menu. * Conduct kitchen inventory checks, forecast external purchases and internal orders, and submit requisitions to the warehouse. * Collaborate in holding periodic informational and coordination meetings for the department and support in staff shift planning. * Support in planning specific objectives to achieve targets assigned by management.
