Negotiate and follow up with strategic clients A food industry company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team under responsibility, applying the company's policies. This position is targeted at individuals with a disability certificate of at least 33%. Qualifications: Technician in Commercial Activities and/or Technician in Food Product Marketing. Work experience in the role: 5 years, preferably in the Food Industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Driving license: Category B. Contract type: Permanent. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (flexible schedule to allow adjustments to the stated working hours). \-Food handling certification is mandatory. Desirable: specific studies in Marketing and Commercial Management. \-Proficiency in IT tools: preparing reports, support materials, margin and profitability analyses, PMK analysis, product range expansion, etc. \-Lead and manage the sales team under responsibility, applying the company's policies. \-Participate in designing the annual sales and expense budget. Segment objectives per Sales Manager. Provide necessary information to meet objectives. Communicate individual objectives, guidelines, and policies. \-Analyze customers and assist sales staff in managing their customer portfolio. \-Plan and execute commercial actions/strategy for the assigned territory. \-Promote professional development of Sales Managers by identifying areas for improvement and providing them with support. Select Sales Managers, ensure their integration, and monitor their progress. \-Monitor budget execution, analyze deviations, and propose corrective measures. \-Control and monitor the client receivables portfolio jointly with the Commercial Administration Department. \-Negotiate and follow up with strategic clients of the delegation or portfolio. Resolve customer incidents. \-Identify, generate, and promote new business opportunities through the sales network. \-Implement company quality and safety policies; responsible for Quality Audits and Internal Audits. \-Guarantee and maintain food safety across all processes. \-Assume specific functions and responsibilities regarding Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), as outlined in the Organization’s PRL Plan. * 5 years of experience. \-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Food Industry or FMCG. * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: \-Proficiency in IT tools: preparing reports, support materials, margin and profitability analyses, PMK analysis, product range expansion, etc. \-Technical product knowledge: Bakery, pastry, brioche. \-Preparation and monitoring of sales budgets and incentives. \-Follow internal commercial procedures (customer onboarding, price authorizations, service conditions, payment settlements). \-Follow company quality procedures. \-Knowledge of company, channel, delegation(s), and own customer objectives. \-Results- and customer/business-oriented.
