Key responsabilities: QHSSE Management Systems * Develop, implement, and maintain integrated QHSSE management systems in line with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001\. * Conduct regular internal audits and coordinate external certification processes. * Monitor compliance with local and international QHSSE legislation and standards. * Lead qhsse management systems initiatives and strategic planning * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on qhsse management systems projects * Monitor and optimize qhsse management systems processes and workflows * Lead qhsse management systems initiatives and strategic planning * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on qhsse management systems projects * Monitor and optimize qhsse management systems processes and workflows * Risk Prevention \& Incident Management (25% of time) * + Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks related to health, safety, security, and environment. * + Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions. * + Manage emergency response plans and ensure readiness for crisis situations. * + Lead risk prevention \& incident management initiatives and strategic planning * + Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on risk prevention \& incident management projects * + Monitor and optimize risk prevention \& incident management processes and workflows Training \& Personnel Development (15% of time) * Design and deliver QHSSE training programs for all staff and contractors. * Promote awareness and engagement in QHSSE initiatives across the organization. * Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt content to evolving needs. * Lead training \& personnel development initiatives and strategic planning * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on training \& personnel development projects * Monitor and optimize training \& personnel development processes and workflows Continuous Improvement \& Reporting (15% of time) * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and safety processes. * Analyze QHSSE performance data and report key metrics to senior management. * Recommend and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. * Lead continuous improvement \& reporting initiatives and strategic planning * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on continuous improvement \& reporting projects * Monitor and optimize continuous improvement \& reporting processes and workflows Waste \& Environmental Management (15% of time) * Oversee waste management programs and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. * Coordinate environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives. * Liaise with regulatory bodies regarding environmental matters. * Lead waste \& environmental management initiatives and strategic planning * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on waste \& environmental management projects * Monitor and optimize waste \& environmental management processes and workflows We Offer: * Excellent working environment in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment in a company in full expansion. * Restaurant check. * Opening hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Afternoon off on your birthday. * Access to the flexible remuneration plan (private health insurance, restaurant voucher, childcare, etc.). * Continuous training thanks to our Corporate University. ***At Noatum we guarantee equality and non\-discrimination based on sex, race, religion, disability, age and sexual orientation in our selection processes, to obtain a better use of the capabilities of people in all their diversity, avoiding any type of discrimination.*** ### **Minimum requirements** * University degree in Risk Prevention Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Higher modules in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) or equivalent * 5 years of experience in QHSSE management in industrial or automotive environments and 5 years of experience in Implementation, monitoring, and auditing of QHSSE systems * Language requirements: High level English \& Spanish mandatory. * Implementation and auditing of QHSSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001\) (Advanced) * Risk assessment and incident investigation (Advanced) * Waste management and emergency planning (Intermediate) * Knowledge of current labor and environmental legislation (Advanced). ### **Skills** * Terminales portuarias
