DESCRIPTION At **Beside**, through its specialized recruitment unit, we are seeking an **International Accounting and Reporting Manager** to join our client located in the Zafra area of Badajoz. This strategic position is designed for a professional with a solid accounting and finance background, capable of managing the full accounting cycle, international reporting, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic multinational environment. **What will you do? Your key responsibilities include:** * Participate in the estimation of provisions and accruals. * Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings. * Monitor expenses and allocations to cost centers. * Analyze business costs and profitability. * Manage fixed asset transactions. * Carry out treasury activities and cash-flow forecasting. * Prepare and file tax returns. * Prepare and present financial reporting for the group. * Prepare annual financial statements. * Manage budgeting and forecasting. * Support the payroll process. * Collaborate with international finance teams. **Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations. * Ensure adherence to US GAAP, IFRS, and corporate policies. * Guarantee the reliability of reported financial information. * Lead interactions with internal and external auditors. * Ensure proper treasury and liquidity planning. * Oversee accurate execution of budget and forecast. * Drive optimization and continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes. * Ensure correct cost allocation and financial control of the business. **What the project offers** * Permanent contract * Location: Zafra (Badajoz) * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexible scheduling * 60% remote work * Social benefits * Catering service REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** * Experience performing full accounting closings * Preparation of annual financial statements * Filing of tax returns * Experience in audits * Treasury and cash-flow management * Budget preparation and monitoring * Experience in financial reporting * Knowledge of IFRS * Minimum English level B2 — official company language **Desirable** * Experience with US GAAP * Experience in Shared Service Centers * Knowledge of QuickBooks ERP
