To join our Regulation and Control Division (Smart Buildings – Intelligent Buildings), we are seeking Automation and BMS Control Technicians whose primary mission will be the installation, planning, and execution of automation projects in top-tier large-scale industrial facilities and buildings (logistics centers, banks, headquarters of major corporations, etc.). **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Install, configure, and commission building automation control systems. * Supervise connection points of BMS devices. * Configure and program controllers and system devices. * Implement the Management System (Metasys), ensuring effective integration with the building’s existing infrastructure. * Develop SCADA visualization interfaces for system control. * Verify communication among devices and integration with other building systems. * Conduct functional and performance tests to confirm proper operation of the BMS, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations. * Provide technical training and support to customers and end users to ensure appropriate system operation and maintenance. **What Profile Do We Need?** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Automation, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in BMS or building automation systems. Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and access control integrated into BMS. Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and control diagrams. Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and KNX is highly desirable. Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) – 60-hour Preventive Resource certification is advantageous. Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical area.
