Position Summary: A technical professional with experience in high-end residential construction, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects to ensure efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of on-site teams and subcontractors. 2. Production control, measurements, and certifications. 3. Logistical management and resource optimization in high-end projects. Plan and monitor on-site work activities to ensure adherence to established deadlines. Coordinate both internal teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe execution. Control production, measurements, productivity, and certifications; support the site manager in cost and project schedule supervision. Also responsible for execution quality and compliance with defined standards, including daily safety monitoring to prevent incidents. Manage materials, storage, and logistical requirements, optimizing resources and availability, while maintaining constant coordination with the technical office, foremen, and the rest of the construction team to ensure appropriate information flow. A technical degree and sector experience are required, along with proficiency in specialized software tools and strong communication skills for teamwork. The work environment is dynamic and demanding, focused on high-end projects where precision and attention to detail are paramount. Problem-solving ability and adaptability to project changes are also essential. Technical degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Quantity Surveying. Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in residential construction, preferably in high-end projects. Solid knowledge of planning, production, and cost control. Proficient use of AutoCAD, MS Project, and office software. Experience with Revit, SIGRID, and BIM environments is valued. Candidates must be proactive, meticulous, solution-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, accustomed to collaborating with technicians, foremen, and workers.
