We offer a wide range of practical formats comprising over 100 references—from bagged or bowl salads to microwave-ready vegetables and fresh steamed dishes. ### **What Profile Are We Looking For?** We are seeking, for our plant located in ARANDA DE DUERO (Burgos), a person who ensures productivity by coordinating personnel, production lines, raw materials, bags per person, and waste—all while complying with the company’s HOLD standards (Hygiene, Order, Cleanliness, and Discipline) and guaranteeing a top-quality product. ### **What Responsibilities Will You Have?** • Execute the Production Plan for assigned lines in collaboration with the Shift Supervisor and Methods Technician, safeguarding the plant’s overall interests. * Perform necessary production calculations, including bag mixing, expiry dates, and production rhythms. * Personnel management: coordinate, train, and lead your team. * Monitor and refine cutting methods to ensure proper sanitization, minimize waste across production lines, sanitization processes, and cut pieces, as well as control raw material waste and line stoppages. * Supervise quality controls and possible raw material blockages. * Track and monitor performance indicators associated with different work areas (cutting, washing, and packaging), reporting results and potential deviations to your teams. * Comply with—and ensure compliance with—the defined Quality and HOLD standards during your shift. * Inspect various raw materials to prevent foreign objects or quality issues in the finished product. * Ensure correct machine parameterization and proper operation of critical control point monitoring systems. * Ensure accurate recording of critical control points associated with your GAC during your shift (knives, production log, foreign objects, Raytec inspection, packaging control). * Identify and document non-conformities arising during your shift, and jointly establish improvement actions with the Shift Supervisor. * Maintain direct communication with your shift’s maintenance technicians to report problems encountered and actively collaborate in resolving incidents manageable at the coordinator or technician level. ### **What Are the Job Requirements?** \* Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education, Vocational Training (FP), or High School Diploma. * Intermediate computer system knowledge; SAP ERP experience is valued. * Minimum two years’ prior experience in production and team coordination roles. ### **What Do We Offer?** \* Stable employment contract * On-the-job training and professional development. Working Hours / Schedule two rotating shifts: morning (06\-14\) and afternoon (14\-22\), Monday to Saturday Contract Type Permanent Salary Between 21 \- 26 thousand euros gross/year
