The role involves delivering shipments to their destinations promptly and securely, managing delivery documentation—such as signed proof-of-delivery forms—and maintaining clear records of all deliveries. The assigned vehicle must be properly maintained, including basic condition checks, and any issues must be reported promptly to avoid service disruption. Customer service must be professional and friendly, addressing questions or incidents effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include following assigned routes while optimizing delivery timing to meet deadlines. Efficient daily scheduling is required, adapting to traffic conditions or unexpected changes in the plan. Compliance with traffic and road safety regulations is mandatory to protect the driver, the cargo, and other road users. Prior experience in delivery or driving is valued but not essential, as on-the-job training is provided. What matters most is punctuality, responsibility, initiative, clear communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude to uphold a positive company image. Valid driver's license, preferably category B or higher. Prior experience in parcel delivery or commercial vehicle driving is considered a plus. Ability to manage delivery routes and adhere to scheduled timeframes. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Basic knowledge of traffic and road safety regulations.
