Logistics Company Manager Location: Igualada (Barcelona) Contract: Indefinite Working Hours: Full-time Salary: €40.000 gross/year Job Description We are seeking a Manager to join a logistics-sector company located in Igualada. The selected candidate will assume overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the company’s operations, ensuring smooth operational functioning and achievement of service, productivity, and profitability objectives. Key Responsibilities * Direct and coordinate the company’s daily operations. * Supervise logistics operations and workflow organization. * Coordinate and lead the team. * Plan resources, workloads, and operational requirements. * Monitor costs, productivity, and results. * Maintain and improve relationships with customers and suppliers. * Identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes. * Supervise compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. * Develop and track management performance indicators. * Report results and activity progress to ownership/management. Requirements * Prior experience in managerial roles within the logistics sector. * Demonstrable experience managing teams. * Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities. * Results-oriented mindset and business acumen. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work autonomously and assume responsibility. * Experience in transport, warehouse, and distribution management is preferred.
