Therefore, with each new hire, we seek individuals who share our values and wish to contribute both professionally and humanely. * LOCATION: Ultzama, Navarra * AREA: Social Action * PROGRAM: Minors under international protection * POSITION MISSION: Support service users in their process of social integration and daily coexistence. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** * Reception and accommodation upon arrival of program service users. * Provide attention and respond to all needs of minors. * Address urgent needs that may arise at the facility. * Serve as a behavioral role model and exemplify integrative social roles. * Ensure cooperative coexistence among residents of the reception center to prevent conflicts. * Facilitate activities enabling proper functioning of the center during the assigned shift. * Organize leisure and free-time activities. * Support development of individual educational plans for each minor, coordinated with the Technical Team. * Accompany implementation of individual educational plans developed for each minor. * Organize and supervise proper operation and management of coexistence in residential areas. * Participate in team coordination meetings, as well as with other departments and programs of the organization. * Participate in preparing follow-up and final program reports, and other documentation in coordination with other professionals. * Strengthen and support the rest of the professional team. * Report any incidents occurring in the program to the responsible professional. * As staff of Movimiento por la Paz \-MPDL\-, participate in actions aimed at protection against abuse and harassment, and ensure compliance with and respect for the internal Code of Conduct. **Profile:** **POSITION PROFILE** * **EDUCATION**: Medium-level vocational training cycle or qualification as a leisure and free-time monitor is desirable. Training and/or experience in Gender Equality, Human Rights, and Migration is preferred. * **EXPERIENCE**: One year’s experience in similar intervention programs for reception and protection of minors or migrant/refugee populations is desirable. Experience in associative movements and knowledge of local resources are also valued. * **LANGUAGES**: Knowledge of Basque, French, Arabic, or other languages is desirable. * **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY**: User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable. Familiarity with specific management tools is also valued. * **OTHERS**: Recognized disabilities, women victims of gender-based violence, and/or any other situation of social vulnerability will be considered favorably. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * **CONTRACT TYPE**: Indefinite. Professional Group 3 under the Navarra Social Intervention Collective Agreement. Immediate start. * **WORK SCHEDULE**: 37.5 hours/week, night shift.
