Logirest (Stef Group), specialist in logistics and temperature-controlled food transportation, is looking for a Maintenance Manager (M/F). Actively contribute to operational performance and customer satisfaction. **Your Mission:** * Ensure facility compliance with hygiene and safety standards, as well as technical regulations within the framework of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IFS certifications. * Oversee predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of refrigerated installations, equipment, and furniture. * Plan interventions and enforcement measures for the work team. * Prepare a technical service budget in collaboration with Management. * Implement and manage performance indicators. * Support continuous improvement processes (technology monitoring, implementation of dashboards and practical solutions). * Manage a team to achieve objectives effectively. * Ensure development in occupational health and safety. **What We Are Looking For:** * Vocational Training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in electrotechnics, electromechanics, or industrial maintenance / Mechanical Industrial Engineering degree. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * Minimum 3\-4 years’ experience in managing industrial/logistics facilities. * Knowledge of management tools (CMMS, SCADA). * Responsible, results-oriented, customer-focused individual with experience managing technical teams. * Knowledge of automation, low-voltage systems, and industrial refrigeration is an advantage. **What We Are Looking For:** * Education: Technical Industrial Engineering degree / Advanced Vocational Training in electrotechnics or electromechanics. * Minimum 3\-4 years’ experience in managing industrial/logistics facilities. * Knowledge of management tools (CMMS, SCADA). * Responsible, results-oriented, customer-focused individual with experience managing technical teams. * Knowledge of automation, low-voltage systems, and industrial refrigeration is an advantage. **What Sets STEF Apart?** Being a Maintenance Manager at STEF means developing competencies within a specialized cold chain management environment, proposing new ideas, and participating in projects alongside a strong team.
