Operational responsibilities: * Daily system review, stock reconciliation. * Coordination with the Logistics Manager, development and monitoring of cyclic and rotating inventories by material ABC classification. * Document management. * Managing relationships with internal customers by attending requests and tracking incidents and/or complaints. Follow-up and resolution of these issues. * Creation of references. * Preparation of work schedules and monitoring compliance. * Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and propose improvements in this area. * Comply with the company's Environmental regulations, promote and suggest environmental improvements. * Analytical attitude to identify optimal scenarios and improve logistics area profitability. Change Management. * Management and control of all regulatory documentation related to transportation, tachographs, and truck inspections. * Management and control of truck checklists, and supervision of potential incidents until resolution. * Propose logistical improvements, analyze situations. Dynamic transport improvements to achieve better cost advantages for the company. * Team in charge: 5 C specialists + 5 B drivers. * Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and propose operational improvements in this field. * Ensure compliance with all legal regulations applicable to the company. * Monitor and promote initiatives that reduce the company's environmental impact by encouraging good environmental practices. * Monitor and promote initiatives that enhance employee well-being and improve customer experience. * Communicate the company's values and purpose. People Management Responsibilities * Number of direct reports: 3-10 (Service/Operations staff). Occasionally may substitute for the warehouse supervisor during certain shifts. * Manage team performance, involve team members in objectives, motivate them, and set clear guidelines. * Promote professional development within the team. * Define roles and responsibilities for team members. Economic Management Responsibilities * Budget preparation. Requirements Education: * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration. * Computer skills: Excel, Word, Access, SAP, Outlook. * Knowledge of English is desirable. * Valid driver's license (B).
