As a Logistics Intern, you will work closely with the team to support key activities related to flow management, internal coordination, and information analysis. You will report to the Logistics Manager and work onsite full-time for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * **Administrative Management:** Support tasks such as filing, recordkeeping, document organization, and maintenance of logistics data. * **Operational Support:** Assist the team by preparing presentations, conducting basic queries and analyses, and participating in internal meetings. * **Logistical Flow Management:** Ensure proper coordination of inbound and outbound flows between warehouses and the local market. * **Product Availability:** Coordinate with Customer Service and Supply Chain in stock-out situations to minimize impact on customers. * **Transportation:** Support transportation capacity and quality management for incoming goods and deliveries. * **Master Data:** Perform appropriate system maintenance to ensure up-to-date and reliable information. * **Project Participation:** Contribute to departmental initiatives by providing analysis, tracking, and general support. **Who You Are** -------------- * Currently pursuing a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. * Prior academic exposure or internship experience in Logistics or Supply Chain is desirable. * Basic proficiency in digital tools (Excel, management systems, and data handling). * Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills. * English language proficiency at B2 level. **What We Offer** -------------------- Our purpose, **Breaking Barriers to Well\-being**, gives meaning to everything we do.
