Power Electronics’ vision is to lead renewable energy generation and contribute to a clean and sustainable world for future generations. **Your Impact** * Design and define logistics processes, packaging, and perform calculations and selection of storage systems. * Monitor material flow efficiency indicators, identify deviations, propose and implement action plans to achieve higher efficiency. * Adjust desired stock levels (limits) according to company needs, monitor them, and make required decisions to ensure compliance in case of deviations. * Define parameters and specifications based on the logistics flow to adapt the management system in collaboration with the IT department, ensuring alignment between logistics operations and the system. * Identify the diverse needs of departments within the supply chain and implement actions to facilitate alignment and proper coordination. * Define and implement actions to adapt the layout (space and route analysis and distribution alternatives). * Implement actions aimed at managing material identification and reading systems. * Perform required calculations and monitoring to measure and track the workload of the logistics area. * Evaluate and analyze logistics processes suitable for automation, conducting necessary studies, supplier selection, and calculating the return on investment and economic impact of different alternatives. * Report requested information and indicators to your immediate supervisor. **We Are Looking For:** * **Academic Background**: University degree in **Industrial Engineering**, **Logistics**, **Business Administration**, or related fields. A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Logistics Management and/or Supply Chain Management—or similar—is desirable. * **Professional Experience**: Minimum of three years’ experience in similar roles or activities, leading the analysis, proposal, and implementation of actions to improve supply chain efficiency. * **Languages**: English at level **B2\.** * **Technical Knowledge**: Advanced knowledge of logistics processes and flows.
