Stable working hours At Teclisa (GC Gruppe), a reference in the distribution of materials for installations, we are reinforcing our logistics center in Castellbisbal. We have created this new position with a strategic objective: to professionalize the information flow and become the definitive bridge between the warehouse and our commercial network. We are looking for someone with "logistics blood" — who understands that behind every data point lies a waiting customer and a commercial team requiring agile responses. **Your main responsibilities:** * Communication and Feedback Management: Channel external and internal calls and emails, providing effective responses to inquiries. You will be the key figure for delivering timely feedback to the commercial team, optimizing the relationship with the warehouse. * Document Management: Control and organization of documentation generated in the warehouse (delivery notes, entry/exit records, labels, and transport documentation). * Digital Operations: Advanced use of ERP (Go Manage) for material consultation and reservation. * Order Coordination: Preparation and distribution of workload for warehouse staff via the SGA (Effilog). * After-sales Support: Management and resolution of incidents related to the logistics area. What are we looking for in you? * Experience: Profile accustomed to working in warehouses, comfortable in operational and dynamic environments. * Communication Skills: Ability to manage expectations, resolve doubts clearly, and maintain a constant flow of information. * Organization: Rigor in document management and administrative order. * Digital Agility: Fluent handling of ERP and SGA tools.
