As a Junior Quality Technician, you will be a key contributor, and your responsibilities will include: * Inspection and verification: Reading and interpreting technical drawings; measuring and verifying large parts according to drawings; identifying components; differentiating raw materials; and performing quality checks. * Quality management: Recording results; detecting non-conformities; managing incidents; handling customer complaints; tracking corrective and preventive actions. * Customer and supplier relationship management. * Collaborating on the efficiency of company procedures and instructions—seeking improvements and maintaining proper documentation. * Collaborating on risk management—including recording, analyzing, and monitoring operational risks—as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement. * Performing any additional tasks assigned within your area of responsibility, always aligned with the company’s objectives and strategy. We seek a Quality Technician at Ontime with strong results orientation, commitment to excellence, and the ability to ensure quality across all processes in a dynamic environment. Requirements include: * Knowledge of quality principles, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards in our internal processes and in interactions with customers. Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly valued. * Experience in essential functions such as reading and interpreting technical drawings; verifying large parts per drawings; distinguishing between different components; interacting with customers and suppliers; managing incidents; handling customer complaints; and implementing corrective/preventive actions. * Intermediate English proficiency (B2) is desirable and necessary for interacting with international teams and ensuring alignment of processes with global requirements. * Proficiency in office software, especially advanced Excel skills and quality management tools, to perform data analysis, generate quality reports, and maintain detailed tracking records. * Results orientation and adherence to deadlines, with a mindset focused on continuously optimizing efficiency and performance—ensuring all operational processes meet established quality standards. * Teamwork capability, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues to collectively achieve quality goals. * Problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset—focused on identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and ensure quality across the entire logistics chain. * Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly valued.
