* Study and analyze the project to identify ambiguities, errors, or contradictions.
* Plan preparation, execution, and control of the construction work.
* Manage, supervise, or approve the general layout of the construction site.
* Control quality, including quality control of materials and workmanship.
* Monitor construction progress, supervising proper execution of work carried out by subcontractors and site personnel.
* Control work items and measurements for the construction project.
* Prepare pre-invoices for material suppliers and service providers (subcontractors).
* Manage the PACMA (Quality and Environmental Assurance Plan).
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports and assess actions taken by subcontractors involved in the project.
* Address customer complaints.
* Obtain required permits, licenses, and authorizations.
* Ensure proper waste management.
* Manage occupational health and safety documentation for the construction site and ensure compliance with the Safety Plan and applicable legal prevention regulations.
* Carry out tasks delegated by the Site Manager.
### **Desired Requirements**
Technical or Higher University Degree (minimum: Technical Architecture)
Basic level of construction safety prevention.
Minimum 3 years of on-site experience.
