**Description** --------------- We are looking for a Shift Supervisor for our ALGEMESI plant, dedicated to the cocoa, chocolate, and sports nutrition industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for meeting established production and quality plans, and for coordinating and supervising the work of their assigned production team. **Responsibilities** ------------- * Ensure proper operation and hygiene of machinery on their production line, and enforce compliance with the company's cleaning and disinfection plans. * Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and occupational risk prevention requirements. * Follow the company's quality management system procedures. * Complete daily production reports. * Monitor critical process points, verify cleaning activities, and supervise staff breaks. * Be responsible for carrying out production tasks and resolving any incidents that may arise during their shift. * Coordinate the team under their supervision. **Offer** ------------- * Full-time intensive schedule from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts: 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. * Social benefits: opportunity to purchase company products at cost price; private health insurance at a reduced rate. * Initial and ongoing training: Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality Management, Soft Skills. * Permanent contract. * Join a growing company with strong future prospects. **Requirements** --------------- * Proven experience in production lines within the food industry. * Minimum 3 years’ experience managing work teams. **Salary Range** ------------------ €22,000 gross per year
