Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Manager (S/4HANA) to lead international SAP software implementation and migration projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. At **Oxigent Technologies**, we are recruiting a **Project Manager with experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations** to work for a logistics/editorial sector company on an ambitious intelligent supply chain management project, located in **Barcelona.** Your mission will be to lead and coordinate software implementation, migration, and integration projects, contributing to the global digital transformation of logistics operations. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Manage all phases of implementation and migration (from technical design through Go\-Live and post\-implementation support) to optimize the supply chain. * Planning, organization, and coordination of meetings with stakeholders (internal teams, suppliers, and clients) * Project scope control, identification of deviations, and proposal of corrective actions * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (functional, infrastructure, development) * Actively participate in the reengineering of logistics processes to align them with S/4HANA best practices * Preparation of status reports and communication of progress, risks, and dependencies * Serve as the operational point of contact for the project, especially in international settings (Portugal) **What do you need?** * **4\-5 years of experience as a Project Manager**, leading full-cycle implementations of **SAP S/4HANA** and/or critical integrations with **Salesforce.** * Ability to independently manage projects from early stages * Experience coordinating technical and business teams * Strong organizational and planning skills * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving objectives * Excellent communication skills * High proficiency in Spanish – **Intermediate English** **Desirable:** * Experience with solutions such as **Blue Yonder** * Experience with **Salesforce** integrations * Experience in international environments **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract * Annual gross salary between **€45,000 – €50,000** * **Hybrid model (50% remote)** * Flexible working hours (start time between 8:00–9:00 AM) * Location: **Barcelona** * **Training Voucher** to develop professionally in areas of greatest interest to you. * Private health insurance and Flexible Compensation Plan (meal, transportation, childcare). * App granting access to gyms and sports activities across Spain with discounts.
