Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. #### **About the IT Functional Analyst Role** LUZA Group is looking for an **IT Functional Analyst** for a major cargo transportation company in Spain. What will your responsibilities be? * Analyze applications and processes to identify functional and efficiency improvements. * Define and document requirements, ensuring correct prioritization. * Act as the liaison between business and technology. * Participate in the design and implementation of solutions, guaranteeing their integration. * Coordinate testing (functional, integration, UAT) and ensure quality. * Drive process improvements through automation and artificial intelligence. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. * 5 years of experience in functional analysis or IT solution implementation. * Experience in requirements management and technology projects. * Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN/UML) and prototyping tools. * Logistics domain experience is a plus. * Minimum English level: B2\.
