**Job Title:** HR Trainee **Location:** Madrid Do you want to join the world’s leading logistics company? At DHL Global Forwarding, we are looking for a candidate to join our one-year traineeship program, who wishes to learn and grow within the Human Resources function, actively collaborating with our team at our headquarters in Coslada (Madrid). **What do we expect from you as part of the best team?** **Responsibilities:** * Support in managing recruitment processes (posting job openings, initial CV screening, interview coordination), and managing junior profile recruitment. * Candidate tracking and database updates. * Collaboration on employer branding initiatives (universities, career fairs, etc.). * Support in organizing training activities (scheduling, coordinating with external providers, logistics). * Assistance in tracking training progress and registering it on internal platforms. * Support in managing documentation related to FUNDAE. * Support in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires. * Participation in employee engagement and employee experience initiatives. * Collaboration in preparing internal communications and newsletters. * Support in managing the attendance tracking tool. * Administrative support to the Occupational Risk Prevention department. * File management and document handling. * Assistance in preparing departmental reports and presentations. * Support in maintaining and updating departmental databases. * Collaboration on cross-functional projects with the HR team. **Requirements:** * Official education completed less than 3 years ago in HR / Business Administration & Management / Psychology or similar (degree certificate or fee payment receipt will be required to formalize the contract) * Advanced English level / B2 * Native Spanish level or C2 * Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint * Knowledge and experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and design tools such as Canva are desirable * Eagerness to learn * Enthusiasm and passion for People Management * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are desirable due to the location of the workplace in Coslada. **What do we offer?** * Join the world’s leading logistics company. * Traineeship contract (1-year duration). * Attractive benefits: * 24 working days of vacation plus half-day off on your birthday. * 20% possibility of remote work after completing the first month of the contract. * Life insurance. * Flexible Compensation Plan: childcare voucher, transport voucher, and meal voucher. * DHL CLUB Discount Program. * DGF “Be Wellbeing” Program: Fresh fruit in the office and subsidized (50%) on-site physiotherapy sessions. **Why DHL?** Because people matter to us, and we place the customer at the heart of our approach.
