Description
The selected professional will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of forklifts and other industrial material-handling machinery. This includes performing both preventive and corrective tasks, ensuring that all equipment operates with maximum efficiency and safety. The position requires in-depth knowledge of the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems comprising this machinery, as well as the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex malfunctions.
In addition to technical tasks, the role includes documenting interventions performed, preparing detailed work reports and accurate technical reports. Work will involve repairing machinery in active use as well as commissioning new or used equipment prior to service entry. The working environment is dynamic and technically challenging, focused on maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
This position is essential to the daily operational continuity of the warehouse or industrial facility, directly contributing to the prevention of unplanned downtime and optimization of equipment lifecycle.

A minimum qualification of Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP) in fields such as Electromechanics, Vehicle Maintenance, or Agricultural Machinery is required. At least 2\-3 years of practical experience working with industrial machinery—preferably forklifts or similar equipment—is mandatory. Solid, demonstrable knowledge in hydraulics, electricity, and general mechanics is highly valued, as is holding a valid driver’s license.
