Department **Materials, Services \& Contract Management (MSCM)** is the department responsible for activities related to material procurement and service contracting for O\&M Generation Iberia. Its responsibilities include business needs planning, purchase plan optimization, tender coordination, warehouse management and standardization, equipment reuse and valorization, as well as support for material and service procurement and contracting across various business units. **Training Objectives** During the internship, the participant will: Organizational Management * Learn business needs planning processes related to materials and services. * Participate in technical requirement analyses to understand tender grouping and preparation. * Collaborate with various organizational areas to understand procurement and contracting processes. Data Analytics * Analyze warehouse procurement needs and models to understand efficient material management. * Participate in digitalization initiatives supported by Big Data to improve processes and decision-making. Digital Transformation and New Technologies * Become familiar with corporate management tools, including SAP systems related to purchasing and procurement. * Collaborate on digitalization initiatives using programming and artificial intelligence tools applied to the business environment.
