Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Distribution Operative with logistics background to coordinate distribution processes, manage orders and deliveries, and resolve incidents—ensuring high-quality service. Incident resolution and personalized customer support. **What You Can Expect** **:** At Rhenus Logistics, we are looking to hire a “Distribution Operative” with proven experience at our Barcelona office. The primary mission is to carry out distribution processes to ensure smooth service operations and deliver personalized, high-quality service to our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer service requests * Receive and process orders * Coordinate deliveries with recipients * Coordinate deliveries with transport providers and assembly teams * Prepare transport documentation * Open, manage, and invoice shipments * Resolve incidents **What You Bring:** **Requirements:** * Education in logistics and transportation * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a similar role * English language proficiency is desirable * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Customer-facing skills * RHENUS ROAD SPAIN is an equal opportunity employer.
