In this way, **we help businesses grow while continuing to grow ourselves**. **What Will You Do?** As a Customer Service Agent, your mission will be... * To serve as the primary point of contact with customers via phone and email, responding to their inquiries. * To manage customer incidents and coordinate with branches. * To report and keep all activity up to date. * To perform all administrative tasks associated with the position. **You’ll Fit in If…** * You have 3 years of experience in telephone customer service. * You are proficient in Excel and Word. * You are customer-oriented, possess strong communication skills, dynamism, discipline, and empathy. * You are comfortable with a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, and one week per month from 10:30–19:00.
