In this position, you will carefully handle crystal pieces, primarily for the fragrance and glassware industries. Your work will take place on a production line, where you must treat materials delicately to prevent breakage. Additionally, you will perform tasks such as fitting, packaging, and organizing finished products on the conveyor belt. You will also participate in goods handling, moving boxes and preparing materials for subsequent dispatch. This is a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain a steady pace while adhering to established safety measures.
Handling crystal involves visually inspecting each piece to detect defects before proceeding to the next stage, using gloves and appropriate tools. Fitting on the line requires speed and precision to properly protect products within their packaging. Goods handling includes transporting boxes from production to the dispatch area and organizing pallets. Commitment, punctuality, and effective communication with the team to coordinate daily tasks are highly valued.
The schedule is a fixed morning shift, from 07:00 to 15:00, allowing afternoons free. The salary is €10.01 gross per hour, and the contract is temporary, with possible extension based on performance. The location is in Navalcarnero, Madrid, and initial training, supportive equipment, and all necessary materials are provided. Having your own vehicle is recommended to access the facility.
Candidates must be careful, agile, and responsible when handling delicate materials. Prior experience in production lines, handling, or packaging is advantageous. Possession of your own vehicle is essential to commute to the workplace in Navalcarnero. No specific formal education is required, but basic knowledge of crystal handling is valued. Availability for the morning shift is mandatory. Commitment and teamwork capability are sought. The company provides initial training.
