Job Summary: We are seeking a Creative Technician with experience in facilitating leisure activities for older adults with cognitive impairment, to design and implement creative stimulation activities. Promoting active participation and emotional well-being We are looking for a Creative Technician with experience as a group facilitator in leisure activities within the field of older adults with mild or moderate cognitive impairment or early-stage dementia, to join our multidisciplinary team at the Mataró facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and implementing creative activities aimed at cognitive, emotional, and social stimulation, thereby contributing to participants’ well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities: \- Coordinate continuously with the multidisciplinary team: psychologist, coordinator, physiotherapist, and students on practicum. \- Participate in multiprofessional team meetings. \- Design, plan, and implement leisure and recreational activities adapted to the group’s profile. \- Develop activities aligned with music therapy, film forums, creative workshops, and other dynamics. \- Adapt activities to participants’ cognitive, functional, and emotional capacities. \- Promote active participation, socialization, autonomy, and emotional well-being. \- Monitor activities and collaborate in evaluating the intervention. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Requirements: \- Education related to the social, educational, or artistic fields. \- Prior experience working with older adults. \- Experience in group facilitation. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Permanent employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (14 hours per week) * Additional relevant information: We offer: \- Contract according to the collective agreement for healthcare facilities \- Part-time morning schedule \- Possibility of increasing working hours Schedule: \- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. \- Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Total weekly hours: 14.75 Salary: €668 gross per month Residence in the area is mandatory. Candidates with a certified disability recognition degree will be prioritized.
