To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave seeks a **Logistics Coordinator**, on a temporary contract, for our Teruel headquarters. The Logistics Coordinator supervises warehouse operations and goods management, including material and component receipt, ensuring proper receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products. Responsibilities include inventory management, coordination of logistics flows, and guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and operational procedures. **Key responsibilities upon joining our company include:** **Receipt and storage management:** Supervise material receipt, verify internal and external documentation, register materials in the ERP system, locate and label components, organize warehouses and optimize storage locations, and control inventories and stock—including scrap. **Tool control and return:** Track loaned tools, coordinate returns, and manage associated transportation. **Goods preparation and dispatch:** Handle packaging and packing, load shipments, prepare and control documentation (delivery notes, CMRs), and manage customs procedures. **Internal operational support and customer service:** Assist mechanics with movement of large-volume materials, collaborate on logistics tasks required by various teams, and serve internal and external customers. **Administrative completion and follow-up:** Complete material control logs and ensure accurate recording of parts and components in company systems. **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** Follow safety instructions, use personal protective equipment, promote workplace safety, and contribute to continuous improvement processes. **Job Requirements:** A **Vocational Training Certificate (Medium or Higher Level) in Logistics**, with prior experience in related functions. Operational-level office software proficiency and intermediate English language skills. A valid forklift operator license is required. Ability to work autonomously, systematically, and methodically, demonstrating initiative and effective incident resolution. Capacity to coordinate tasks, manage priorities, and maintain a structured overview of assigned activities. Strong team spirit, with ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic work environment. Desirable qualities include proactivity, problem-solving ability, professional conduct, and conflict-resolution skills—key elements for success in this role.
