**Role Description:**

**I.**
======
* Organizes, supervises, and sets out work fronts as planned by the Site Manager and Production Manager.
* Manages personnel and subcontractors.
* Reviews material stockpiles scheduled for execution of planned work units.
* Coordinates legally mandated safety and health measures, always under the supervision of the Site Manager.
* Ensures compliance with Quality Assurance and Environmental procedures during execution of ongoing work units.
**II.** **PERFORMANCE CRITERIA**

* Degree of objective achievement.
* Team organization and leadership.
* Task scheduling and planning.
* Accident rate and quality in work unit execution, inspection reports.
**III.** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS**

* Achieves objectives assigned by the Site Management.
* Based on the prior schedule, sets weekly production targets for foremen.
* Monitors progress across various work fronts.
* Ensures requested supplies are secured per weekly plan.
* Reviews personnel control reports—both for subcontractors and Ferrovial–Agroman, S.A. site personnel—signed and submitted to the Production Manager.
* Initiates work fronts and work units.
* Verifies layout and setting-out.
* Supervises ongoing construction work fronts.
* Controls availability of tools and equipment on site for executing work units.
* Supervises and makes corrective decisions regarding compliance with current safety and health regulations.
* Manages construction teams—including both Ferrovial–Agroman, S.A.’s own personnel and subcontractors—not only addressing professional issues but also personal matters such as motivation, safety regulation explanations, etc.
**IV.** **RELATIONSHIPS:**

* *WITH SITE MANAGER / PRODUCTION MANAGER:*
* Receives information regarding production objectives.
* Attends work front planning meetings.
* Submits duly completed documentation under their responsibility (foreman reports, delivery notes).
* Informs the Site Manager of any incidents occurring on site (related to Quality, Safety and Health systems, or work unit execution).
*WITH SITE ADMINISTRATION:*
* Submits documentation (delivery notes, foreman reports).
* Reports any incidents involving site personnel.
* Reports inspections conducted by regulatory bodies.
*WITH FOREMEN:*
* Communicates objectives for executing work fronts under their responsibility.
* Delivers duly completed documentation corresponding to their work fronts.
*WITH SITE PERSONNEL:*
* Checks and controls work performed.
* Communicates safety and health measures and monitors compliance—especially concerning Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Reports socio-laboral breaches by site personnel to the Site Manager and Administration.
