Collaborative environment for learning and growth Application Support Technician Application Support Technician – Logistics Sector Project On-site in Villaverde (Madrid) Immediate start Permanent contract with Panel At Panel, we are looking for an Application/System Support Technician to join immediately a stable project within a leading logistics company. If you are motivated by helping users, resolving incidents, and ensuring uninterrupted operations… this project is for you. What will you do? You will be a key player in the client’s daily operations, ensuring continuity of critical services for logistics operations. Support internal users and customers by resolving functional and technical incidents. Perform parameter configurations and functional adjustments in applications. Provide support for applications directly impacting logistics operations: order flows, loading, inventory, tracking, etc. Conduct initial analysis, log review, and incident diagnosis. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and Level 2/3 support teams. Execute functional testing after deployments or changes. Document procedures and user guides. Track incidents to closure, ensuring appropriate response times (SLA). Prioritize, filter, and manage incidents in a dynamic environment where every minute counts. Requirements IT-related education (Vocational Training Level 1/2). At least 1 year of experience in technical support and/or application support. Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience. Basic SQL for simple queries. Fundamental knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP). Ability to review and understand logs. Proficiency with ticketing tools. Ability to comprehend technical documentation. Highly desirable to stand out as a technician in a logistics client Experience with logistics, transportation, or warehouse applications (WMS, TMS, tracking, etc.) Experience in high-operational-demand environments requiring immediate response. **Understanding of basic logistics workflows:** receiving, dispatching, loading, routes, inventory. Ability to prioritize based on operational impact. Familiarity with integration systems (APIs, message queues, files). Basic knowledge of cloud, scripting, or automation. What do we offer?
