Send us your application! **What would your day-to-day look like?** * You will assist in preparing Customs Declarations, updating data, and handling other daily administrative tasks. You will process customs documents with official agencies. You will interact with both internal and external customers via telephone or email, in at least two languages: Spanish and English. * You will handle customer calls regarding shipment clearance or their questions about customs procedures. You will coordinate with other departments within the company—primarily Billing and Operations—to deliver high-quality service to customers. You will work collaboratively with colleagues at your site to achieve company objectives, delivering the best possible worldwide shipping service while ensuring compliance with customs regulations. * In summary: You are proactive and organized!
