Specifically, you will manage commercial planning, stock handling, sales performance, adherence to company standards and procedures, and product visual impact. You will also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and engagement. When required, you’ll support the checkout area, ensuring all our customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent.
