Specifically, you’ll manage commercial planning, stock handling, sales, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, and product visual impact. You’ll also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and engagement. When required, you’ll support the till area, ensuring all our customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent.
