We are looking for a person with a clear sales vocation, approachable demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to accompany customers from the first contact through to closing the sale. Someone who enjoys speaking with people, handling phone calls, resolving queries, and welcoming customers at our facilities—proudly representing a well-established family business like Alucasa. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Customer service (in person, by phone, email, and WhatsApp). * Personalized advisory on models, options, and extras. * Follow-up on quotations and commercial opportunities. * Management of showroom visits and customer accompaniment. * Updating information in CRM and sales tools. * Support at trade fairs, commercial events, and targeted marketing activities. * Coordination with the internal team for order closure and processing. **Requirements** * Prior experience in sales or customer service (experience in housing, construction, automotive, or similar sectors is valued). * Advanced English (minimum B2 level). * **Residence in Vega Baja or surrounding areas is mandatory.** * Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset. * Proficiency with digital tools (email, basic Excel, CRM if previously used). * Communication, organization, and follow-up skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. **What do we offer?** * Stable contract (based on qualifications). * Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday. * Initial training and continuous support. * Integration into a solid company with proprietary products and a recognized brand. * Positive work environment, close-knit team, and human-centered approach. * Real opportunity for growth within the sales department.
