If this sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity to join the Salomon family! **We are looking for a Sales Associate for a temporary, full-time position (40 hours/week) at our Salomon store on La Rambla, Barcelona.** **Temporary contract for 2 months, from June 22 to August 30.** To succeed in this role, you will need to: * Apply exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and knowledge of Salomon products to connect customers with the right product and increase sales. * Accompany and advise customers to deliver a high-level customer experience and propose complementary products (up-selling). * Be proficient in sales techniques and in-store digital tools to deliver exceptional customer service. * Help protect company assets and procedures by promoting loss prevention and ensuring the stockroom remains clean and well-organized. * Handle cash confidently. * Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and community marketing principles. * Act as a brand ambassador and embrace the brand’s service culture.
