At **Almirall**, we are looking to hire an **Indirect Procurement Trainee** for our global Procurement team within the Finance area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and develop in an international environment, gaining hands-on experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management, with exposure to key Indirect Procurement categories: Sales, Marketing \& Market Access, IT \& Technology, Facilities \& Real Estate, and Fleet, Travel, Logistics \& HR. **What will your day-to-day look like?** ==================================== You will join the **Indirect Procurement** team and collaborate on core global indirect procurement processes, including: * Supporting the team in supplier identification and selection * Participating in RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) execution * Collaborating on supplier evaluation and selection * Conducting comparative analyses (qualitative and quantitative) to support decision-making * Providing support in contract management and tracking, including digital CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tools * Contributing to market analysis to identify new opportunities and suppliers * Exploring how technology and AI can make procurement processes more efficient **What are we looking for?** ======================== * Final-year undergraduate or Master’s student in Business Administration, Economics or related field * Advanced level of Spanish and English * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) * Interest in digital tools and innovation (AI knowledge is a plus — not required, but enthusiasm to learn and experiment is essential) We seek an analytical, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow, well-organized, and interested in working in a global environment.
