We are currently seeking a **Financial Controller**, whose primary mission will be to ensure the company’s economic and financial control through planning, analysis, and oversight of accounting and management information—guaranteeing data reliability, budget compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts by business unit, client, etc. * Analyze actual vs. budget deviations, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. * Ensure consistency of the budgeting model and quality of information received from operational areas. * Prepare forecast and trend reports with scenario analysis. * Produce consolidated monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and comparative analyses. * Prepare reports for the Executive Committee. * Collaborate with the Accounting Department on monthly and quarterly closings, ensuring consistency and accuracy. * Design and maintain cost-analysis models by client, contract, etc. * Evaluate operational efficiency and indirect costs of support departments. * Analyze the economic impact of automation, outsourcing, or technological investments. * Develop financial simulation models (what-if) to support strategic decisions. * Prepare ad-hoc analyses for General and Financial Management. * Verify integrity, consistency, and traceability of financial data. * Participate in evaluating new business lines, contracts, or technology projects. **What can we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Integration into a solid company experiencing robust growth. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hybrid model. * National Collective Agreement for Consulting Firms. * Category: Area 1. * Location: Torrejón de Ardoz, Av. Therefore, at Grupo Servinform, we regard equality and diversity as fundamental drivers of social progress, working daily to achieve this goal.** **Requirements:** --------------- * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or equivalent. * Master’s degree in Management Control, Finance, or MBA. * Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in financial control, reporting, or planning. * Experience in international or multinational environments and industrial settings. * Proven team management experience is mandatory. * Experience implementing standard costing systems. * Valuable knowledge of labor-intensive service sectors such as BPO, contact centers, outsourcing, or technology. * Technical skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). * Knowledge of financial ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.). * Advanced English proficiency (negotiation level) is mandatory.
