We are seeking a Commercial Technician. Your primary mission is to manage and develop commercial opportunities from the office, provide personalized service to existing and prospective customers, drive sales, and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities Include:
\* Customer service and management via telephone, email, and digital channels. \* Commercial visits and attendance at trade fairs and events, as required.
* Preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and tracking their status.
* Proactively retaining and strengthening the existing customer portfolio.
* Conducting commercial prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
* Coordinating with other team members (commercial delegates; commercial administration) and other departments (Planning, technical departments, etc.).
* Achieving commercial targets and submitting periodic performance reports.
Do You Have What It Takes?:
Mandatory Requirements:
* Academic background (university degree or vocational training) in Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
* Specialized training in Management Systems Certification sector.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial activities, telesales, and/or customer service—preferably within a certification body.
Key Competencies:
* Strong communication skills and clear customer orientation.
* Ability to negotiate and close commercial actions.
* Proactivity and results orientation.
* Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Excel, management platforms).
* Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
