




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives by analyzing data and monitoring KPIs to strengthen the dealership's brand image. Location: **Molina de Segura** Department: **Parts** **Main Responsibilities:** * Proficiency in and use of the company’s and John Deere’s DBS tools. * Data collection, cleaning, validation, and visualization. * Preparation, compilation, and presentation of reports summarizing findings and results from various marketing campaigns. * Continuous monitoring and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant data to assess performance and the effectiveness of implemented strategies. * Monitoring market trends and customer knowledge technologies such as CRM, geospatial applications, or market research tools. * Supporting the planning and implementation of John Deere’s marketing activities to enhance the dealership’s market perception and brand image. * Collaborating with the Parts and Service Directors to analyze data supporting campaign execution, follow-up, and evaluation. * Configuration and analysis of diverse requirements within DBS. **Requirements:** * Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. * 2–5 years of experience in data analysis (preferably in commercial or industrial environments). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Basic knowledge of SQL and database management. * Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on qualifications. * Ongoing John Deere training tailored to the position. * A career development plan enabling greater professional growth. * Participation in social benefits.
