Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. This role is contributing to the Traction Division in ABB Spain. * *Work model: \#LI\-**Hybrid* You will be mainly accountable for: * Leading the project team allocated to the project. * Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. * Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. * Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close\-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. * Collaborating with the Service and Warranty team and participating from share activities * Focus on customer care, project execution, revenues plan and project profitability * Coordinating with other disciplines such as Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Controlling and Production Sites. * Leading communication with main stakeholders * Implementing Lessons Learned and collaborate in continues improvement initiatives * Providing support to the Sales and Product Management teams to optimize tender phases **Our Team Dynamics** --------------------- Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters \- because the progress we make here creates real impact out there. **Qualifications for the Role** * You are interested in working with a Project Management team executing projects in the **railway** market * You have **at least two** years of experience in managing project or certain competencies within the project management working as **Sales, Project Manger, or Product Manager** with **electronic or industrial components related to motion applications.** * You are qualified in **project management process and skilled in project management related digital tools** * You are passionate about developing or improving project management methodologies, quality in project execution, process driven activities and technological progress or innovation. * Degree in **Engineering and motivated towards project management** * You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English. * You hold current work permit valid in Spain. **What’s in it for you?** We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
