




Position Summary: Technical Coordinator for the Balaguer Home Help Service (SAD), responsible for managing and planning services, evaluating service quality, and ensuring smooth service operation. Incident management and preparation of social reports We are seeking a Technical Coordinator for the Balaguer Home Help Service (SAD). The person appointed to this position will coordinate and plan services for users and family workers, assess and control the quality of services provided, and ensure proper execution of all other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the service. - Coordinate all SAD staff (family workers and cleaning assistants). - Arrange home visits to introduce users to their assigned family worker or cleaning assistant. - Review service agreements and verify compliance with protocols and service provisions for each user, followed by subsequent evaluation. - Identify service incidents. - Resolve technical incidents. - Monitor working hours, timekeeping records, and absences for all SAD staff. - Manage incidents and prepare social reports. - Perform any other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the service. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. Desirable. Experience with Cibersad. Prior experience in this role (desirable) * University degree in Social Work or Social Education (Social Sciences field) * Driving licence: B * Permanent employment contract * Part-time morning shift (35 hours – weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1300' to '1600' * Additional information of interest: - Permanent contract - Working hours: 35 hours per week - Competitive salary, above the collective agreement minimum - Valid driving licence and personal vehicle
