Every day, we work to design solutions that drive change toward a world more responsible toward our planet and future generations. **Your Impact** Your key responsibilities will include: * Designing, implementing, and ensuring appropriate use of the area’s maintenance management tool (GMAO-SAP). * Designing, developing, and managing the Annual Maintenance Plan, as well as associated spare parts required for its execution. * Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing the degree of compliance with tasks defined in the Annual Maintenance Plan, identifying incidents and proposing improvement actions. * Coordinating with supervisors the interventions requiring external suppliers’ participation, supervising such interventions, and ensuring these suppliers meet the company’s requirements. * Defining stock levels of spare parts and components required for maintenance activities, aligned with annual planning. * Measuring and evaluating the suitability of implemented plans and actions. * Defining, communicating, and preparing required reporting documents to demonstrate the area’s impact. * Managing all information (warranties, materials, diagrams, manuals, operating instructions, etc.) related to assets owned by Power Electronics. * Preparing and managing internal, external, and legal audits required for the maintenance area. **We Are Looking For Candidates With:** * **Academic Qualifications:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electricity and Electronics and/or Electricity and Mechanics and/or Industrial Equipment Maintenance. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in a similar role or activity. * **Technical Knowledge:** Professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience in implementing and using GMAO systems; experience working with ERP systems (advanced SAP). **Why Choose Power Electronics?** * Continuous training through our Corporate University. * Benefits including subsidized cafeteria, on-site gym, personalized PEbenefits, and private health insurance. * Flexible Compensation Plan: covering transportation, childcare, training, and more. * Multicultural environment offering real opportunities for international growth. **Our Commitment** At Power Electronics, we promote equal opportunities, diversity, and professional development.
