You will primarily be responsible for a work team composed of workers from a Special Employment Center and/or Social Integration Enterprise: - Ensure the well-being and development of team members according to the plan established by the social department. - Organize tasks among team members based on their individual capabilities and production needs, providing instructions and assigning materials to brigade members. - Manage day-to-day incidents. - Ensure brigade members use appropriate PPE and correct machinery/tools. - Supervise the work performed by each brigade member, monitoring individual progress. - Contribute to the assessment of competencies of team members. Main responsibilities for this position include: - Perform garden area maintenance tasks according to established criteria: mowing grass, irrigation, cleaning, etc. - Ensure/control the quality of work performed. - Monitor proper use of materials by the brigade. Report required repairs to your coordinator. - At the end of each workday, report to the coordinator on work status and any difficulties encountered during execution. - Interact with citizens or space managers where work is being carried out. - Control and carry out, when necessary, pruning tasks using elevated platforms and phytosanitary treatments. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience working with people requiring support. * Intermediate Vocational Training Qualification (FP Grado Medio) * Access to a personal vehicle: car * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1400' to '1700' * Additional information: Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00
