Job Summary: We are seeking a Coordinator of subsidized training programs to manage courses, monitor progress, and coordinate trainers and materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of subsidized training programs 2. Coordination of trainers, materials, and venues 3. Liaison with the administration and quality control A company based in Granollers is looking for a Coordinator of subsidized training programs. Integral Plus is a program run by SOC, and candidates must be in a situation of long-term unemployment (aged 30 or over) or unemployment (aged 45 or over). Candidates must be registered at the SOC employment office as unemployed jobseekers (DONO). The selected candidate will manage the center’s training program. • Course management via the Conforcat application (Consorci Formació Continua de Catalunya). • Document management and monitoring of subsidized training. • Management of trainers, materials, venues, etc. • Liaison with the administration. • Monitoring of student attendance. • Quality control. • Planning of training activities. • Preparation of reports. * Minimum 6 months’ experience required. Candidates must have experience in: \- Knowledge and management of SOC or CFCC subsidized programs. \- Coordination of training programs. * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree \- Pedagogy * Bachelor’s degree \- Pedagogy * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * English (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: ICT skills (Windows 365, Office 365, etc.). Proficiency in accounting software and social media platforms will be highly valued. Fluency in Catalan and Spanish is mandatory; English proficiency is desirable. * Availability of a personal vehicle * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Additional relevant information: Gross annual salary: 30\.000€
