Autonomous and solution-oriented role with leadership capacity. * OTEIC CONSULTING GROUP, S.A. * Donostia\-San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa) * * ### **Experience** At least 5 years of experience * ### **Salary** Compensation unspecified * + ### **Area \- Position** **Business Administration** - Accountant + ### **Category or Level** Accountant + - ### **Vacancies** 1 - ### **Applicants** 6 - * ### **Working Hours** Full-time Ongoing selection process. ### **Responsibilities** Reporting directly to Management and collaborating with the Foundation’s Secretary and Coordinators of cohabitation units, the main responsibilities include: \- Organization and supervision of the Foundation’s economic and financial management. \- Full accounting management. \- Treasury management: monitoring of receipts and payments, cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, etc. \- Invoicing residents, public entities, and other clients. \- Supplier management and monitoring, procurement, and services. \- Tax filing and compliance with tax obligations. \- Support in payroll and social security administration. \- Economic monitoring of real estate assets and insurance management. ### **Requirements** \- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Business Sciences, or equivalent. \- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, autonomously managing accounting and treasury functions. \- Basque language proficiency level C1\. \- Advanced proficiency in office software (especially Excel) and experience with ERPs, accounting, treasury, and invoicing systems. \- Knowledge of and ability to apply data protection regulations regarding the processing of economic and personal information. \- Organized, rigorous, and solution-oriented individual with planning ability, leadership skills, teamwork capability, as well as communication and negotiation skills. ### **Offered** \- Relief contract. \- Working hours: Morning and afternoon shifts (except from June to September, when continuous morning shifts apply).
