Price comparisons and award proposal recommendations. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Processing and tracking purchase orders and contracts. Coordinating with site managers and the technical department. Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring compliance with agreed terms. Maintaining and updating the supplier database. **Requirements:** Technical education (e.g., Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, ITOP, ICCP, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction sector. Knowledge of construction materials, construction processes, and procurement practices. Advanced proficiency in Excel and management software (e.g., ERP, Presto, etc.). Strong organizational, negotiation, and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience on construction sites and direct interaction with manufacturers.
