Be part of an established group in the building construction sector We seek a candidate with proven experience leading and supervising several construction projects concurrently. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects meet quality standards and defined objectives, maintaining constant communication between site management and general management. Your role will involve providing technical, economic, and organizational support to Site Managers, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines. This includes detailed monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality, promptly identifying and resolving potential issues. Strong ability to plan and coordinate resource allocation will be essential. Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering. 8–10 years of experience in the building construction sector are required, including at least 3 years in roles coordinating multiple concurrent projects or as a Team Leader. Solid knowledge of planning, economic control, and multidisciplinary team management is mandatory. We seek a profile with high decision-making capacity, strong communication skills, and results orientation.
