




Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to organize and supervise all construction phases, ensuring compliance with schedules, budget, and quality standards, and managing subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and supervision of all construction phases. 2. Management of subcontractors, suppliers, and monthly financial closing. 3. Incident resolution and coordination of occupational safety and health. We are looking for a Site Manager for a project in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Tenerife. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and supervising all construction phases, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budget, and quality requirements at each stage. Responsibilities include management of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring strict compliance with contractual agreements. Certifications, measurements, and monthly financial closing of the project will also be managed using the ERP project management system. Detailed progress planning and identification and correction of potential cost and schedule deviations will be essential. Coordination of occupational safety and health on site, in compliance with current regulations, will be highly valued. Additionally, the candidate must resolve any incidents arising with the site management team, the client, or public authorities, and maintain smooth communication with administrative staff for documentation and financial management. A degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Technical Architecture, or equivalent is required, along with a 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and ERP-based construction management systems is desirable. The position offers an indefinite-term contract, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:30, and Fridays from 8:00–14:00.
