We are looking for a Junior Production Manager to join an established and growing construction company. This person will work closely with the Site Manager, supporting the achievement of project objectives. Main responsibilities include the development and management of production plans, as well as direct supervision of on-site activities. This involves monitoring performance, planning tasks, and ensuring that works are carried out correctly. The candidate will also be responsible for team management, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with set objectives. Additionally, the person is expected to supervise the technical quality of the construction work, perform accurate measurements, and compare them with project drawings. Organizing on-site operations is essential, providing direct support to the Site Manager and verifying compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Qualifications: Degree in Building Engineering / Technical Architecture
