DESCRIPTION **ABOUT US** ------------------ KLB is an international consultancy responsible for carrying out the selection process for other companies. In this case, we are managing the selection process for a Catalan construction company dedicated to building construction projects. We are looking for a Construction Site Manager to oversee the execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with the company's quality standards and following the guidelines from management and specific plans from the Executive Project, with the objective of achieving a positive economic outcome and customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------- * Identify errors and opportunities to improve economic margins. * Compare project measurements with actual ones to detect deviations. * Propose alternative execution solutions and substitute materials. * Analyze costs, review price coefficients, and detect deviations. * Carry out monthly financial closings and economic tracking (Navision). * Compare subcontractor budgets and negotiate better prices. * Update planning and ensure optimization of execution timelines. * Supervise construction work together with Site Management, Execution Management, and the Client. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards. * Contract subcontractors and manage payments according to agreements. * Monitor their tasks to ensure alignment with the schedule. * Coordinate schedules and ensure proper execution of work. * Prepare proformas, monthly certifications, and issue invoices. * Review delivery notes and prepare necessary counter-pricing. * Supervise contracts and relevant official documentation. * Draft documents for PSS and PGR and coordinate with Q-PRL-MA technical staff. * Guarantee compliance with safety and quality regulations on site. * Lead and motivate the work team toward established goals. * Assign, coordinate, and supervise personnel tasks. * Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or similar. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Specific knowledge: Construction; installations; negotiation; communication; leadership. * Availability to work in Barcelona, Catalonia.
